Kelly Ingram Mitchell, MPT, CEAS, is a talented business executive with over 25 years experience in her field. In addition to her EmployWell involvement, she is a Physical Therapist and owner of a national work injury organization and a med spa She has developed payor and employer specific programs focused on creating a healthier more well workforce. Her passion and focus is working to assist employers with injury management and return to work programs.

Chris’ insatiable desire to make a difference in people’s lives is the driving force behind his founding and leadership at Employwell. He is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with a reputation for filling market gaps that his competitors overlook. Chris previously made waves in the mortgage education industry when he founded TrainingPro and grew it into the largest financial services training and testing company in the United States.

Lance Cassell is an accomplished technology executive with over 20 years of Product and Business Development experience in the Compliance Technology, Enterprise Software and Custom Application Development industries. He is a technologist with a proven track record of dynamic product leadership, building relationships, developing partnerships, and a solid reputation for increasing revenues and key client retention.

As our Chief Technology Officer, Tan Lu brings over twenty years of experience in building enterprise IT solutions, and has led teams to build innovative products in various industries. Tan holds 13 patents, a MS in computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
